By creating an account or accessing PromptStudio at https://gencreationai.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in India. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

PromptStudio is an AI ad prompt engine designed for creative agencies, media buyers, brand founders, and creative directors. The service formats, tunes, and optimizes structured text and multi-modal prompt packages for third-party generative image and video models.

PromptStudio does not run local image or video rendering engines; rather, it produces specialized prompt instructions, parameter flags, negative prompts, camera notes, and ad copy to be fed into external generative AI platforms.

3. User Accounts and Quotas

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.
• Usage Quotas: Free Studio accounts receive 15 free prompt generations per calendar month. Paid plans (Professional, Agency) receive expanded generation quotas as indicated in our pricing schedule.
• Abuse Prevention: Creating automated scripts, bots, or multiple accounts to bypass generation limits is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property & Prompt Ownership

You retain full ownership of the inputs, brand briefs, reference images, and resulting prompt outputs generated through your account on PromptStudio. You are free to use generated prompt packages for personal or commercial advertising campaigns without royalty obligations to PromptStudio.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use PromptStudio to generate prompt packages that promote or depict:

• Illegal activities, CSAM, hate speech, violent extremism, or harassment.
• Deceptive deepfakes intended to impersonate real persons without consent for fraudulent purposes.
• Unauthorized disclosure of confidential or proprietary third-party trade secrets.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our safety policies or content moderation guidelines.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

PromptStudio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that third-party AI image or video platforms (e.g. Midjourney, FLUX, Runway, Kling, Veo) will always interpret or render prompts in a specific aesthetic manner, as generative models are probabilistic.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PromptStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make updates, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
