• Account Information: Your name, email address, password hashes, and profile metadata collected via Supabase Authentication.
• Third-Party Sign-In: If you sign up using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and avatar image from Google.
• User Input & Generated Content: Product names, descriptions, ad styles, target models, generated prompts, ad copies, character presets, and prompt history.
• Uploaded Reference Images: Images you upload for visual analysis (e.g. product labels, character references) to generate tailored prompts.
• Usage & Quota Data: Monthly prompt counters, generation timestamps, and tier limits to enforce plan quotas.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively for:

• Providing and operating the PromptStudio prompt generation and ad intelligence services.
• Authenticating your account and maintaining secure sessions.
• Processing reference images and user constraints through AI models to generate prompt packages.
• Enforcing monthly quota limits (e.g., 15 free prompts / month for Studio plan).
• Saving your prompt history and character presets for later access.
• Providing customer support and sending critical security notices.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted infrastructure and AI providers to power our platform. These third parties process data strictly on our behalf:

• Supabase: Cloud database, user authentication, and secure session management.
• Cloudflare: Global content delivery network (CDN), serverless workers, and DDoS security protection.
• OpenAI / LLM APIs: Language and vision models used exclusively for prompt optimization, ad copy drafting, and image analysis. We do not sell your prompt data to third parties.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

PromptStudio uses browser cookies and local storage exclusively for essential platform functionality:

• Authentication session tokens: Keeping you securely logged in.
• Sidebar state & UI preferences: Remembering your collapsed/expanded navigation settings.
• Prompt history cache: Providing instant optimistic UI updates before syncing with the cloud database.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your prompt history and character presets for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your Account Settings or by emailing legal@gencreationai.in. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, all personal data, presets, and stored history will be purged from our active databases.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest) to safeguard your personal information and API interactions. While no online service is 100% immune to vulnerabilities, we continuously audit our infrastructure to protect your data.
